Perhaps a half or a whole side of beef is a little intimidating? That's ok, we have a smaller option that may "meat" your needs. The box includes:
 
1) 8lb of 80% lean ground beef
2) 2lbs of 90% lean ground beef
3) 6 to 8oz Filet Mignon Steak
4) TWO 12 to 18oz KC Strip Steak
5) TWO 3lb Chuck/Arm/Rump Roast
6) TWO 15 to 19oz Ribeye Steak
7) ~3lb Brisket
